These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Planned. By Emma (ABN 76 300 797 435), based in Temora, NSW. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Planned. By Emma provides professional event planning services for weddings, community, and corporate events. All services are customised according to client needs, timelines, and budgets.
2. Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit have been received. Any remaining balances must be paid by the dates specified on your invoice.
Late or missed payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

If you cancel a confirmed booking, cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of planning and any third-party costs already incurred.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund for any unfulfilled portion.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your Consumer Rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a major failure occurs, such as a refund or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and timely communication. Planned. By Emma is not liable for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.
5. Limitation of Liability
We take all reasonable steps to ensure your event runs smoothly, but we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party vendors, venue conditions, guest behaviour or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Accessibility Commitment
Planned. By Emma is committed to providing services and website content accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
We aim to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards where possible.
